A bit about me.

My name is Joanne Cola. My focus on Management and Marketing initiated in 2009 at the University of Toronto, but I’ve always known, I am a creator at heart. This website was developed to showcase a sample collection of my work as a Graphic Design student at George Brown College. Today, I am continuing to pursue creative projects (logo design, content creation, copywriting) and offering brand consulting services.

Having a 9 to 5 role in Marketing is what inspired me to pursue Graphic Design and explore this creative space. I soon discovered that the process of transforming a vision into final artwork was one of the most rewarding outcomes as a Designer. I am fortunate to have had the opportunities to work with globally renowned brands (Pepsi, Toshiba, WESCO and Canon). From humble beginnings to managing national marketing, I have lived and breathed a spectrum of communications, branding, event management and website projects with plenty of experiences and lessons to share.

Continuous development, being adaptable and maintaining openness are values I will carry throughout my life and career.
